If your idea of wellness has grown beyond counting steps and drinking green juice, you’re not alone. Guardian’s annual Wellness Fiesta is back for a four-day celebration of modern wellbeing over at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre from 16 to 19 July 2026. It’s not just your usual fair with booths filled with products – but think expert talks, fitness classes, immersive brand experiences and exciting activations that support a healthier lifestyle.

Guardian’s Wellness Fiesta 2026 has moved to a bigger location, as they now have over 100 brands, across K-beauty and J-beauty, derma skincare, vitamins and supplements, oral and personal care and even a section for the men that will feature exclusive flash deals (we heard you can get up to 70% off!) and limited-time offers! Modern Chinese Medicine is also given a small corner, where they fuse traditional Chinese practices with modern scientific research.

Entry is free, and attendees will get to experience the Guardian Wellness Passport which is given upon entry. Collect stamps throughout the event’s various activity stations like Guardian’s specialised skin and scalp assessment, exploring The Wellness Hub, and the House of Mannings. Once you’ve completed all stations, you’ll received a complimentary gift, alongside all product samples, curated gifts with purchase, and daily lucky draws.

Aside from all the cult-favourite brands that are exclusive to Guardian, the brand will also be shining the spotlight on the House of Mannings, their very own line of skincare and daily essentials that is the right balance between affordable and delivering quality results.

And when we talk about wellness through every stage of life, Guardian has also dedicated a section to address perimenopause and the menopausal stage with a dedicated zone with products and educations talks to help women understand and better recognise its early signs. By creating a space for open conversations and trusted guidance, Guardian hopes to make navigating menopause feel less overwhelming and far more supported.

While you’re planning the best plan of conquer attack over the weekend, don’t forget to include making time for the wellness assessments by brands and sharing sessions where medical experts share more on their specialised wellness topics. Finish off your visit with a group fitness session, with sessions Silent Disco Asia’s K-pop and Zumba sessions, yoga by Freedom Yoga, and Dual Yoga led by Guardian Wellness Squad partners Brandon Chong and Dawn Sim.

With so much to explore, you’ll want to set aside more than just an hour.

Admission to Guardian Wellness Fiesta 2026 is free.
