Dream Cruises – the first-ever Asian luxury cruise line has now officially launched in Singapore. Dream Cruises is Genting Hong Kong’s brand new cruise line catering to the large and rapidly growing premium market in Asia. The cruise line offers inspirational luxury delivering the highest level of guest service and spacious comfort in the region.

Genting Dream accommodate a lower berth of 3,400 guests, attended by 2,000 crew members, forming the leading crew-to-guest ratio in Asia-based cruising. Conceived by Chinese pop-artist Jacky Tsai, the hull of Genting Dream is adorned by an art piece entitled “Voyage of a Lover’s Dream” which envisages an ethereal and fantastical journey of love between a mermaid and an astronaut. The artist’s ‘East-meets-West’ aesthetic and vivid, dream-inspired, creative work, embodying the boundless, elements of space and water, has been stunningly translated to the ‘canvas’ of Genting Dream.

Over 70 per cent of staterooms features private balconies. 100 connecting rooms that will ensure that family and larger group vacations have never been more convenient. Guests also can experience the ultimate luxury in the exclusive ‘Dream Mansion’, a ‘ship-within-a-ship’ with two floors of lavish suites featuring European-style butler service and special guest privileges.
Foodies will delight in 35 restaurant and bar concepts capturing the flavours of Asia and the world and a 610-metre wraparound promenade which will allow for dramatic sea-side dining and lounging from sunrise-to-sunset in a multitude of themed venues.

Genting Dream, the inaugural ship of Dream Cruises is currently undergoing fit-out at shipbuilders Meyer Werft in Papenburg and will arrive in Singapore on 4 November 2016 with a 2 -night High Seas cruise, followed by a 6-night cruise from Singapore to Hong Kong. The cruise offers an itinerary through Vietnam, calling in at Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang and Da Nang. She will debut maiden cruise itinerary from her homeport of Guangzhou (Nansha Port), China on 13 November and offers 2, 5 and 7-night Vietnam destination experiences.

A key highlight for the 5-night cruise is the highly anticipated “Dream Cruises Glamour Night” – an iconic evening of great celebrations featuring the signature Captain’s Welcome Ceremony. Complimentary fresh & succulent lobster food creations will be served at all the F&B Restaurants onboard for an unsurpassed gastronomic journey. Enthralling entertainment shows, followed by the ultimate al fresco poolside Zouk Moonlight Party with infectious music and dance to kick off the “Light Up Your Night” theme party at sea in style.

The Dream Mansion will host an exclusive Pool Deck Reception Party whereby shipboard officers will make special appearances to mingle and get up close & personal with the elite cruise passengers.
