This May, Dream Cruise will be having special offerings to celebrate the holy month of Hari Raya with Muslim passengers. This includes special early morning Sahur meals that will be served in the dedicated Halal section of The Lido, the cruise’s main dining room from 13 April to 12 May.

To celebrate the end of Ramadan, Dream Cruise will be having two special Hari Raya Festival at Sea Super Seacations on 16 May and 23 May. Guests can look forward to a range of fun activities and culinary delights to celebrate one of the most important events in the Islamic calendar.

Some of the culinary highlights include appearances by celebrity chefs such as Mel Dean and Sarah Ariffin who will be teaching guests how to whip up their favorite recipes in the kitchen.

Chef Mel Dean, will be teaching guests how to prepare signature dishes such as his chicken rendang with blue pea rice. On the other hand, Chef Sarah Ariffin will focus on delighting passengers after a hearty meal with desserts that will please those with a sweet tooth. These pastries will also be halal and guests can enjoy all of their treats throughout these two cruises at The Lido.

Besides enjoying a sumptuous vacation, guests can also look forward to the gala screening at sea of Not My Mother’s Baking on 23 May, that highlights the complexity of romance between two lovers from different ethnic backgrounds. Guests will be treated to a light-hearted dialogue with the cast of the film after the screening.

In addition, guests can also enjoy a relaxing day at the Crystal Life Spa knowing that it is halal-friendly in environment and products. The spa uses treatments that adopt a blend of Eastern and Western culture that is set to refresh the weary body and soul.
