Hot! Anti:dote presents an Exclusive Four-Hands Afternoon Tea with Award-Winning Pastry Chef Johan Martin

Fairmont Singapore’s Anti:dote has launched an exclusive Four-Hands Afternoon Tea with award-winning Pastry Chef Johan Martin and Swissôtel the Stamford’s Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong, in collaboration with premium chocolate brand Cacao Barry.

The Four-Hands Afternoon Tea showcases artful chocolate creations made using the RaRe Collection from Cacao Barry and presented in Anti:dote’s elegant signature jewellery box.

Inside the box features a 6-way savoury starter comprising a choice of either 63°C Organic Egg with Truffle Potato, Crispy Ratte Potato and Seasonal Truffle, or Beer Braised Belly with house-made steamed buns and Parma Ham; along with other delightful options such as the signature Confit Duck Rillette with rhubarb cream pie and beetroot dust.

With each chef preparing three to four pastry items, the sweets section showcases treats such as Esmeralda Cocoa with Sable Nut; Viennoiserie Rugoso Chocolate with brioche; Mara de Bois Strawberry with popcorn; and Caramel Apple Mint with Mascarpone Cheese. The selection of Scones includes Ruby Chip Scones paired with Vanilla Sconesand House-made Lemon Curd served with a side of Devonshire Clotted Cream and Raspberry Jam.

The Four-Hands Afternoon Tea is priced at S$58++ per pax and comes with a choice of either tea or coffee; with Taittinger Brut Reserve available at $15++ per glass, $88++ per bottle or $168++ for a magnum; or a bottle of Taittinger Brut Reserve Rosé at $118++. Guests may also ask for the gluten-free tea menu priced at $45++per person.

The exclusive Four-Hands Afternoon Tea is available till 30 November 2019 between 3.00 to 5.00pm from Monday – Thursday, and two seatings at 12.00 to 2.00pm and 3.00 to 5.00pm from Friday – Sunday.
