Some of their most sought after favourites includes the Jamon Iberico ($55) – ham from a noble black Ibérico pig; and The Bikini ($20) – cured Iberico ham sandwiched in a combination of ham, cheese and truffle, which will make you wanting for more.
Aficionados of Spanish cuisine will definitely love, Suckling Pig Tapa ($22) which is highly recommended for diners who seriously loves Suckling Pig, the only difference with this from the Chinese version is that this is made from Iberian Pork which is vacuum packed and steamed for 10-12 hours, seared and baked to achieve a tender meat inside and crispy on the outside.
Deserving no less attention is Catalunya’s most extensive traditional cocktails from Spain, must try is their Reversed Gin & Tonic ($28) which they only serve 50 per week.
Not to mention that every week the bartender will create a new combination of Gin, Tonic, Botanics and more, so do remember to ask the bartender for the creation of the week.
