Celebrate four momentous years with KU DÉ TA Singapore on 12 September 2014 at the iconic Marina Bay Sands Skypark with a massive Hong Kong film themed party, Enter the Dragon, featuring Guest DJ Earworm (USA)’s live mashups and KU DÉ TA’s all-star Resident DJs at KU DÉ TA Club Lounge.

Getting into the festivities, Nobu-trained executive Chef Frederic Faucheux has also crafted a special KU DÉ TA 4th Anniversary Menu to tantalise taste buds from 1 September 2014 to 24 September 2014. Featuring exquisite Modern Asian culinary finesse, all the stops were pulled in order to craft the innovative menu, which features new dishes specially created for the momentous occasion, including the Anniversary Roll concoction of tuna, crab, tobiko, asparagus, chive and smoked salmon, the Japanese and Southeast Asian inspired Mussels Laksa with sake, dashi and crispy noodles, and Fried Pork Belly in Japanese pepper miso, with an option of an accompanying wine pairing selected by Sommelier Michael Leitner.

Hong Kong being the next KU DÉ TA location, tribute to the thriving heydays of the city’s film scene with their game changing action and martial art films will be given as San Francisco-based DJ Earworm, performs his technically skilled live show. Generating an incredible 136 million views on YouTube, he’s best known for his insane mashup prowess that has produced the wildly popular annual “United State of Pop” series that features Billboard’s Year-End Hot 100 chart’s top 25 songs in one mix.

DJ Earworm will be joined in full force by the stellar cast of KU DÉ TA resident DJs Joshua P, Ya5th, Ramesh, Suren and Deepak, showcasing the best of KU DÉ TA’s sounds on offer.

Invited guests will be rewarded for the years of support with free flow Louis Roederer Brut Premier champagne from 8pm to 10pm as well as canapés created by Executive Chef Frederic Faucheux.
