Head atop Singapore as CE LA VI’s Sky High Brunch makes a comeback on Saturday, 18 August 2018 at the Restaurant and SkyBar. Set amidst breathtaking views of Singapore’s Strait and Bay, Sky High Brunch is the ultimate go-to weekend destination for an unforgettable daytime affair.

With Executive Chef Joey Sergentakis’ exceptional creations at its core, the brunch features its acclaimed bottomless flow of Veuve Clicquot and innovative cocktails alongside a specially curated menu of bold, Asian flavours mixed with cutting-edge cooking techniques. Guests can indulge in enchanting beats, life-size games and tropical island vibes for this scintillating adults-only party.

Enjoy an extensive brunch spread showcasing Chef Joey’s flair for innovative cuisine. From Satay to Asian Flat Breads and Dim Sum stations; guests will be in for an ultimate culinary treat. The Raw Bar offers guests a wide selection of the freshest seafood including Freshly Chucked Oysters from the Atlantic, Tiger Prawns and New Zealand Mussels.
