The Steak Kits feature a fantastic range of classic Morton’s favourites and is perfect for any occasion, be it a special anniversary, birthday or just a way to treat oneself after a long day of work calls. Easy to grill and serve in any Singapore home, comprehensive cooking instructions from Morton’s very own Regional Chef, Panos Kalamidas are included with each take-out meal.
The Table for Two (SGD$158) package offers a bona fide Morton’s date night at exceptional value. Diners can spoil their significant other with a feast of two 6oz pieces of Center-Cut Filet Mignon plus a duo of 5oz Cold Water Lobster Tails. In addition to a crunchy Chef’s House Salad with Morton’s Blue Cheese Dressing or Red Wine Vinaigrette, diners can also choose one side dish from a choice of Grilled Jumbo Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes or Creamed Spinach. A sinful dessert of New York Style Cheesecake caps the meal.
Couples who prefer to dine sharing-style can enjoy the same feast but swap their filets for a 16oz Center-Cut Prime Ribeye which is perfect for two (SGD$138 including a side and dessert).
Families can take advantage of two Ultimate Grill packages, ideal for groups of up to eight people. Large families can tuck into four 6oz Center-Cut Filet Mignons, two impressive 16oz Center-Cut Prime Ribeye steaks as well as two signature 10oz Prime New York Strips. Two juicy lobster tails, moreish sides and dessert are included in this banquet suitable for seven to eight people (SGD$468). Smaller families can opt to feed a party of four to five persons for only SGD$288 which includes two 6oz Center-Cut Filet Mignon steaks, one 16oz Center-Cut Prime Ribeye, one 10oz Prime New York Strip, two lobster tails, a pair of sides and a decadent dessert to end the evening.
All Morton’s Steak Kits feature the steakhouse’s signature seasoning and house-made au jus, plus a generous portion of crisp Chef’s House Salad.
For those looking to indulge even further, enhance the Steak Kits with a side order set consisting of a Cold-Water Lobster Tail, four Sea Scallops and 4 Jumbo Shrimps for SGD$58 or choose a favourite cut of steak from Morton’s Butcher Block, with offerings such us a juicy 16oz Ribeye Steak (SGD$55) to the tender 6oz Filet Mignon (SGD$38).
Selected cooked items on the a-la-carte menu will also be available for takeaway, including the Steak & Seafood menu (SGD$98) featuring a delectable 6oz Filet Mignon and an accompanying choice of Crab Cake, Lobster Tail or Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops amongst a selection of starters, sides and desserts.
