Le Matin Patisserie Opens Its New Permanent Location at ION Orchard

After its series of pop-up store along Paragon and Raeburn Park in Tanjong Pagar, Le Matin Patisserie opens its new permanent location at ION Orchard on 1 February with a brand-new concept café, serving up signature French delights for brunch and dessert.

Signifying a new dawn, the famed patisserie, founded and helmed by Singaporean chef-owner Mohamed Al-Matin in 2020, features its biggest menu yet with this new location, comprising Chef Al-Matin’s authentic French pastries, desserts and hot mains.

At the new Le Matin in ION Orchard, Chef Al-Matin and his team expand their culinary know-how to savoury pastries and hot mains, all in their pursuit of serving up the complete French dining experience.

Expect a host of brand-new pastries like Roasted Hay & Pecan Tart and Sake Lees & Macadamia, Choux Bun, as well as never-before-served hot mains like Wagyu and Chutoro Brioche Feuilletée, Black Truffle Scrambled Eggs Croissant and Ox Tongue & Wagyu Bresaola Croque Monsieur. The dessert menu also tempt with plated desserts, giving loyal guests something to look forward to.

The new Le Matin Patisserie will serve its famed pastries all day for dine-in and takeaway, while brunch and desserts are available for dine-in only from Wednesday to Friday, 11am-3pm (last order 2.30pm) for brunch and 6pm-10pm (last order 9.30pm) for desserts.

Le Matin Patisserie has also partnered with Nylon Coffee Roasters to bring an artisanal experience using an exclusive blend Le Soleil, blended from two single origin coffee beans – El Huerta from Nicaragua and El Puente from Honduras. Le Soleil entices with the fragrance of dried tropical fruits before blooming with the bittersweetness of sweet spices and finally tails of with accents of dark chocolate. It is used in all of Le Matin’s coffee beverages and sold in 200g coffee packs from S$20.
