Marina Bay Sands’ Signature Epicurean Market Returns This August 2016

The largest culinary extravaganza at Marina Bay Sands returns with the fourth edition of Epicurean Market on 12 – 14 August 2016, setting the stage for a celebration of the finest in food, wine and spirits.

Taking place at the vibrant halls of Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Epicurean Market will offer the world’s diverse flavours through dishes by celebrity chefs and renowned restaurants, gourmet produce and cheese, fine wines, spirits and sake, handcrafted cocktails, craft beers and more.
Epicurean Market will see all ten celebrity chef restaurants holding court, with appearances from renowned chefs such as the world famous Tetsuya Wakuda and Daniel Boulud, acclaimed Singaporean chef Justin Quek and Los-Angeles based gypsy chef David Myers.

Guests can rub shoulders or snap a “selfie” with their culinary idols, and pick up tips from these masters and other experts at over 50 master classes.

Other key activities at Epicurean Market includes After Parties on Friday and Saturday featuring live DJ sets and cocktails from renowned mixologists, as well as a Farmer’s Market with fresh produce and gourmet items curated by the Marina Bay Sands team and flown in from farmer’s markets in Asia, Europe and North America. Wine and spirit lovers should also not miss the opportunity to meet wine purveyors, brewers and distillers at the massive wine hall which will feature over 20 merchants.

Epicurean Market will be held at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 1, Hall A, B and C from 12 – 14 August 2016. Tickets will be on sale from 6 June 2016.
