This April, they elevate its dishes further as Melt Café’s Indian Specialty Chef Santosh Kumar takes your palate on a tour of his hometown Hamirpur in Himachal Pradesh, whipping up a delectable array of dishes infused with a mélange of aromatic spices and Himachali style of cooking.
Look forward to Chargrilled Marinated Chicken with mint, coriander and yoghurt, Chamba-Style Mutton Curry with red chilli and coriander, Paneer Curry and more, alongside a myriad of local and international favourites.
Melt Café Indian cuisine dinner is available every evening from 8 till 24 April 2022, priced at S$88++ per adult (inclusive of free-flow of chilled juices) (Sunday to Thursday); S$98 per adult (inclusive of free-flow of chilled juices) (Friday and Saturday), Additional S$32 per adult for free-flow of house pour wines, beers, chilled juices and soft drinks, S$42 per child (7 to 12 years old) (inclusive of free-flow of chilled juices).
