InterContinental Singapore

InterContinental Singapore

As InterContinental Singapore prepares to close its doors in 2025, this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival carries special significance. It may be the final opportunity to savour the exquisite handcrafted mooncakes from Man Fu Yuan, a restaurant long celebrated for its artistry and heritage.

The Black Nectar Tea with Pomegranate Truffle Ball is the unique snowskin mooncake flavour of the year. Cloaked in an elegant black gold snow skin, this mooncake reveals earthy depths of tea-infused lotus paste lifted by a bright and tangy pomegranate truffle centre. Balancing richness with vibrancy, it is a contemporary interpretation of tea culture unlike any other, making it the standout expression of this collection.

Alongside this innovation is a flavour that has become a beloved signature — the InterContinental Negroni with Lychee Martini Truffle Ball Mini Snow Skin Mooncake. Infused with the hotel’s iconic cocktail, this must-buy flavour marries smooth lotus paste with a decadent Negroni truffle, its bittersweet complexity heightened by the delicate sweetness of lychee. Returning for its final season, it is a creation not to be missed.

Both the Royal Heritage Tea snow skin series and the Negroni-inspired mooncakes are presented in keepsake turquoise tins adorned with the hotel’s iconic façade — a design that reflects the elegance and cultural history of InterContinental Singapore itself. This Mid-Autumn, each mooncake is not only a delicacy but also a memory to be cherished, marking the last chapter of a culinary legacy.

Man Fu Yuan’s mooncakes are now available for pre-order Online or for purchase at the restaurant, with collections available until 6 October 2025.

Swensens

Swensen’s

This Mid-Autumn Festival 2025, Swensen’s takes things up a notch with an even chewier, stickier and mochi-er makeover of their much-loved ice cream snowskin mooncakes, alongside two exciting new flavours that promise a surprising twist in every bite. Swensen’s mochi-snowskin mooncakes are all about balance: pillowy-soft skin, luscious ice cream centres, and in some cases, an extra element of crunch. They’re fun, indulgent, and perfect for sharing with family or gifting to friends.

Chempedak with Crumble: A tropical delight, this creation features chempedak ice cream with its rich, aromatic notes, studded with buttery crumble bits. The contrast between the soft, elastic mochi-skin and the crunchy surprise inside makes it a textural standout.

Pistachio Kunafa: Inspired by the trendy Middle Eastern sweet, this one pairs creamy pistachio ice cream with crisp kataifi flakes, all wrapped in chocolate mochi-skin. It’s indulgent, nutty, and unlike anything else on the market.

Available now until 6 October 2025, Swensen’s mooncakes can be purchased at all Swensen’s and Earle Swensen’s outlets, via their e-store, or on GrabFood, FoodPanda, and Deliveroo.
