Chef Paul Pairet is back in Singapore with a new weekend ritual at Moutarde, featuring The Good Brunch (S$88++ per pax), a generous French-style spread that’s all about long, slow weekend afternoons, sharing plates and it’s designed to feel more like a convivial gathering than a formal meal that moves from buffet counters to live stations and the restaurant’s signature carvery with an easy, bistro-minded rhythm.

The food leans into classic French comfort cuisine with a polished edge. Guests can start with Chef Paul’s egg mayo, charcuterie and cheeses before moving on to freshly made dishes like French onion soup, cheese soufflé, grilled piquillos, and a line-up of egg dishes including Benedict and croque-madame. The carvery is where the brunch becomes especially tempting, with rotating sharing favourites such as wood-oven-roasted prime rib, char-grilled chicken “Américaine,” and suckling pig shoulder ham. To finish off, the sweet finish keeps things nostalgic and satisfying with the good waffle and the real French toast, both designed to bring out that buttery, comforting brunch mood.

The drinks programme has three different levels for guests to suit the occasion. The standard option includes The Soft Free-Flow, which covers fresh juices, tea and coffee, plus house signatures like Smokey Chairman Ice Tea and Polux Lemonade. For those wanting something a little livelier, The Boozy Free-Flow (S$50++) opens up Moutarde’s tap wall of wines, beers and cocktails such as Sangria, Bloody Mary and the Moutarde Sour. For special occasions, the Champagne Free-Flow (S$90++) makes the brunch feel celebratory from start to finish.

Moutrade is located at WEAVE Resorts World Sentosa, 26 Sentosa Gateway, B1-219-221, Singapore 098138
