Pink Fish Set to Open Second Outlet in Singapore at One Raffles Place

Norway’s fast casual seafood concept Pink Fish is opening its second outlet in Singapore this 9 September 2021.

Located at One Raffles Place, the 20-seater restaurant resembles a Nordic interior along with Scandinavian furniture featuring clean lines along with hues of natural light and the walls are contrasted with splashes of colour.

Known for the brand’s healthy yet delicious menu, Pink Fish is launching new exclusive menu items only available at One Raffles Place. First is the Hand pulled Spirulina and Quinoa noodle topped with Norwegian salmon, fiskkekaker and onion oil. This noodle dish is a blend of Norway’s comfort food with Asian flavours. It tastes like the healthier version of our favourite Wonton Noodle.

This will also be the very first time the brand is launching Norway’s traditional comfort food – Fiskekaker ( fishcake), made from White Salmon, Haddock and Alaska Pollock, it is then grilled to a to golden brown and drizzled with fresh onion oil and crunchy onion. Bite into it and you will definitely taste the difference.

Diners will also be delighted to know that there will also be a new American Chicken Burger with grilled juicy and tender chicken sandwiched between pickles, coleslaw, onion, cheddar, BBQ sauce and two soft brioche buns.

Nordic Shrimp Mentaiko Bun

If you loved the popular Nordic Shrimp Mentaiko Bun and Singaporean Salmon & Chilli Crab Bowl, these two items is back and will be in Pink Fish One Raffles Place permanent menu!
