Restaurateur Tong Hann Announces New Restaurant Opening and F&B Group

After successfully opening his first two concepts Marcy’s and Parliament Bar in 2022, Founder and Managing Director Tong Hann has announced his newest restaurant opening which is set to open in November 2023 in partnership with former Mandala Masters head chef Stefan Liau.

Taking over the former space of META, Tong Hann’s newest concept will be focusing on a modern and tactile concept which pays homage to Italy in 1960’s.

Following the announcement, Tong Hann also shared his newest F&B group, PleasureCraft Group. Named after a playful twist on a type of boat used solely for enjoyment and built on the blend of two core pillars – pleasure and craft, the group prioritizes the value of finding joy in craft which is by empowering each and every team member.

Moving forward, Marcy’s, Parliament Bar, and his new set to open concept and future expansion plans will all be helmed under PleasureCraft Group.
