The annual beachside barbecue blowout marks the peak of summer at Sentosa, and Sentosa Grillfest 2026 brings an exciting new lineup of roasts and experiences. Chilling by the beach never smelt so good, with over 40 stalls grilling up delicious meats and refreshing tipples next to the sound of the crashing waves and sunset over at Siloso Beach. Adding an epicurean spark to the island’s weekend calendar, Sentosa Grillfest welcomes visitors with free admission every Friday to Sunday, running from 23 July through 16 August 2026.
The debut of Chef’s Grill is this year’s highlight, and the air-conditioned pavilion powered by solar power showcases a curated eight-course meal led by titular chefs from eateries all over Singapore. Chefs from Sentosa Golf Club, R&B Grill Bar, ASAP & CO, DAMN and ilovesweetpotato will come together to present an omakase-inspired dining experience, which also includes return buggy transfers from Siloso Point Beach Shuttle Stop for a truly seamless night. The pavilion looks out over the beach, as you tuck into dishes like Hokkaido Firefly Squid, Binchotan-kissed Tuna Loin, a Grilled Octopus Leg dress with Asian laksa chimichurri, and finish off the night with the prized cut of the Smoked Mayura Wagyu Striploin MS9.

The Marketplace also returns, revamping into a cook to order experience, where guests can select fresh meats, seafood, and vegetables and have them cooked in just the way they like it. A selection of condiments, sauces, and spices are also on hand to spice it up. Then head over to the Sunset Lounge by Asahi, with a refreshing Asahi Sour and lounge-y beats sets the golden hour mood. Th entire beach has been expanded with beachside lounges and standing tables that caters to big groups of families and friends

The bustle of the stalls will have you salivating, with three zones dedicated to the art of fire. The Local Grills line the walkway with popular favourites, where homegrown heroes like Craft’ B, Slurp Your Oysters – because what’s a beachside dinner without freshly shucked oysters – and not to forget DAMN and their always sold-out dry-aged beef burger. If you’re up to try something new – head to Cow Bae to try their fire-kissed beef cubes flambéed in bourbon and kombu or South & East, a local eatery that draws inspiration from the rich, spicy flavours across Asia in their meats. The International Grills zone takes you on a culinary journey to see how other countries enjoy their grills, with Korean BBQ at Hanok Kimchi, Japanese flame-torched mentaiko wagyu beef bowls at Gyushi, and robatayaki from Umi Matsuri. Stop by Monger’s for a classic grilled Boston Lobster with fries, charred over open flams and fragrant lychee wood to keep that succulent sweet flesh in in every bite.
Beachside Grills is headlined by Jett’s Barbecue, known for their tender smoked ribs and who will also be giving out 100 free tacos for the first 100 customers on each day of Sentosa Grillfest to thank all their loyal customers. Smok Haus is another Texas-style barbecue place that can rival the former, or head to Smokin- Joe for hearty Australian Wagyu ribeye. Desserts can be hard to find amongst all the smoke, but we found an indulgent grilled banana and chocolate ice cream over at ChillBro.
Sentosa Grillfest 2026 is happening 23 July to 16 August 2026, 4-10.30pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only at Siloso Beach. Entry is free.
